Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your JZBEAUTY.COM online purchase, simply follow these steps within 14 days of your purchase date. Contact our Customer Service at service@jzbeauty.com to obtain a return authorization number. We will not process any returns without the return authorization number.

Package your return in a well-padded envelope or box. Be sure to include your first and last name, contact information, order number, and return authorization number. Please note that Jazz-Z Beauty cannot provide return shipping labels. All returns should be addressed to:

Ship the package to us via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We're sorry but all return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that the return must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving your return authorization number. Otherwise, we will be unable to process the return. Jazz-Z Beauty is not responsible for any package that gets lost or stolen during the transit process.

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, Customer Service will contact you to verify all information and process your return.

Only products purchased on jzbeauty.com may be returned for a refund, with the exclusion of California State Board Kits and study materials.
