All Jazz-Z Beauty orders are processed and delivered on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please allow extra time during promotions and holidays. Orders placed after 8:00 am PST will not be processed until the next business day. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Ground shipping orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and are usually delivered within 7-10 business days.Orders for expedited shipping will be processed same day, as long as they are placed before 1:00 pm PST. All products ship via UPS or USPS in accordance with UPS and USPS shipping terms.

If you've just finished placing your order and you realized that there has been a mistake, please contact our Customer Service immediately at 562-698-2900 as your order is likely already shipped and may no longer be available for changes.
Once an order has been picked up by USPS or UPS, Jazz-Z Beauty is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
When your order arrives, please inspect the items for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If an item(s) have been damaged, please contact us immediately at 562-698-2900 or email us at email@example.com. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier. Our Customer Service must be notified of all damages within 24 hours of receiving your package.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email or telephone as to when it will be available.
All orders placed for Pick-Up In Store will be available at the Whittier location only.
